To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽朋友講呢間係一間歷史悠久嘅越南菜,咁啱嗰日喺附近約咗朋友玩,就決定嚟試吓。不得不承認有少少失望,侍應態度唔好,上菜又慢,份量又細,食生牛肉河個湯好甜,唯有攞碟辣椒,點知碟辣椒得四小粒,然後要自己再去搵多一碟辣椒。

老實講,住附近嘅街坊都知呢間嘢係咩料。但係屋企老人家想食越南嘢又唔想去遠地方食,只能夠揀老趙。其實佢以前正正常常,但係唔知由幾時開始就變得越嚟越求其。好似以前識咖哩咖哩都仲會有蒜蓉包,而家就得返普通法包。炒粉炒菜都係,而家變得冇晒鑊氣重好油;啲料仲要落好少。今次最令人唔爽嘅就係,佢嘅金不換牛肉炒飯啦,成碟嘢搵到底都剩係得一塊金不換,大佬你疊嘢成百幾蚊。仲有出餐,真係好😕

諗住食對面間泰排檔,但趕時間太長龍走去老趙,老趙由多間到而家執到得返老鋪,真係有原因,咖哩咸到苦,生牛肉銀到擦子膠咁(原來切錯肉紋)杯咖啡直頭糖水咁款,就算唔講話咩返大陸,而家市面好多pho,唔執無天理。雖然午餐時間但係唔算爆,可惜所有食品超過20分鐘先到包括飲品,連隔離枱幾碟嘢食,睇到佢都追咗三四次,到最尾梗要取消其中一樣嘢食,見到隔離枱嘅無奈,個阿姐講,唔關我事廚房做唔到,唔煮冇辦法。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。最後奉勸呢啲所謂老店由得佢執笠啦

老趙始終係老字號, 屹立不倒多年一定有原因!老趙算係全港數一數二越南菜之一🥰 我自己本人鍾意越南菜多過泰國菜, 因為越南菜比較清淡一點, 就算每日食都可以接受!小時候, 爸爸媽媽經常帶我去老趙, 現在由我帶囝囡去食, 感覺依然, 情懷不變 🥰 今日一行6人, 等咗幾分鐘安排坐位, 坐低已經急不及待落 order😋 越南生牛肉粉👍🏻 燒甘蔗蝦👍🏻 奧巴馬豬肉檬👍🏻 黑椒牛柳粒炒紅飯👍🏻 椒鹽軟殼蟹👍🏻 一輪狂風掃落葉之後, 感覺大滿足的一餐😋😋😋
