To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上2個星期weekend臨時去銅鑼灣5pm book 7pm食晚飯都有位主打鴨就要試下片皮鴨啦,唔算好突出,但味道okay. 我比較喜歡多啲肉的,雖然正宗係淨食皮,配料少左啲,比多少少青瓜同蔥會更好。薄皮做得好好,有咬口同真係好薄,每片都有張紙托底唔會黐住晒👍🏻蜆介釀菜膽都幾特別,第一次食,有啲特色蒙古鴨鬆生菜包都好食,鍾意食孜然嘅朋友可以試下,原來孜然同鴨都夾到味道脆皮牛腩做得好好,真係外脆內軟,牛腩又唔韌鴨肉海鮮泡飯有脆米配搭,雖然係急凍海鮮但個湯味道都OK,脆米略嫌硬咗少少,可能係用生米炸,如果用熟飯炸可能就會脆啲最後叫咗個咖啡奶凍糕,有啲後悔叫咗呢個,可能叫其他會好啲,魚膠粉落得太多,質感有啲硬總括來講都算幾好食,服務都幾好
