To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到荷里活廣場，在煩惱去哪間餐廳吃午飯，經過丼丼屋，沒有人等位，裏面顧客也不是很多，所以選擇了它。午市套餐的選擇頗多，我和家人一人點一個。套餐配有沙律、薯蓉球、麵豉湯和果茶。沙律菜清新，蟹柳鮮味，麵豉湯材料豐富，味道淡淡的，果茶裏有很多果肉，像是西柚加橙肉。我最推介的是薯蓉球，它有淡淡的沙律醬味和番薯味道，很好！天婦羅蝦餅丼定食$68- 天婦羅炸得香脆可口，不會感覺油膩，蝦仁加上野菜不失濕潤的口感。可惜天婦羅蛋偏熟，少了流心蛋黃汁配飯食。牛筋丼玉子定食$78- 牛筋上有很多沙律醬汁，比較重口味，如果可以給顧客自行加上沙律汁就好了，吃到最後因為太膩的關係，都沒有把所有飯吃掉。滑蛋豬扒丼定食$98- 加了$5熱日式炭燒咖啡，咖啡味頗香濃。雞蛋煮得剛剛好，十分軟綿，增加了香脆豬扒的口感層次。難怪它是餐廳的重點推介！
