To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

諗住叫外賣返屋企食，家人提議叫丼丼屋，因為啲set性價比一向高，一定唔會輸！我叫咗個配韓式酸辣及玉子卷嘅名物牛筋便當，日式嘅牛筋肉特別之處在於肉與筋嘅比例均勻，每件牛筋肉加入秘製甜辣醬汁煮成，然後以蛋黃醬及一味粉作點綴，令丼飯味道更豐富，便當中仲有野菜格，入面啲紫薯感覺好健康，食唔停口呀～另外家人叫咗刺身鮮味大集合嘅什錦刺身丼，鍾意食刺身真係唔好放過，色彩繽紛嘅刺身加上蛋粒同青瓜粒，配合可愛嘅外賣小提籃，帶來非一般嘅名物滋味！同埋加配果茶，透心涼㗎呢！
