To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙田 IKEA旁邊呢間餐廳用木系嘅裝潢感覺乾淨舒適餐廳主打唔同配搭嘅日式丼飯Menu上嘅款式多款好吸引好多款都想試✨十勝帶廣名物豚丼十勝除咗馳名紅豆，豚肉都好好味豚丼用上北海道十勝帶廣豚肉每片肥瘦度適中，軟腍又Juicy日本珍珠米粒粒飽滿加埋秘製祖傳醬汁，輕輕灑上胡椒，更香更惹味✨牛肉鍋燒烏東牛肉鍋揀咗壽喜燒作湯底加咗日本雞蛋，輕輕搞拌後溶入湯底之中裡面有金菇．滑嘟嘟豆腐．韮菜．冬菇嘅配料+$15 upgrade套餐，有埋前菜．麵豉湯．甜品同飲品✨咖喱風味唐揚雞軟骨熱辣辣嘅雞軟骨，外層香脆好有咬口，灑上味粉同檸檬汁，令味道更突出佢哋最近仲新出咗期間限定嘅「牛油粟米北海道十勝豚丼」係用北海道產嘅十勝豚肉製成將軟稔嘅豚肉片燒至微微焦香加上融化咗嘅牛油同埋日本粟米配宮城縣產米，聽到都覺得好吸引，可惜當日去到已經賣晒，下次再嚟一定要試
