相信香港人對'打冷'唔會陌生,而且要久不久食一次,就算有疫情亦不例外。不過今晚原本想去食西餐,但無位要等,所以正當找下下一間推介餐廳時近近地有間打冷(細佬提點)。打冷絕對唔係平價之選,但緊有幾味小菜是您絕對愛不釋手,貴一貴都會叫。一上枱打個突,有骨鹵水鵝,再睇一睇餐牌, 的確冇寫鹵水鵝'片',但小弟認知打冷鹵水鵝一定斜切起片,唔會當雞鴨咁斬。鵝肉夠嫩大腸夠爽,只係。。。可惜。小弟最愛的椒鹽九肚魚,一樣無得輸。蠔餅,蠔仔夠大隻,不過唔夠脆口, 而且有碗不明汁料,得個辣字,如果加點魚露會好好多。今次打冷食得有點奇怪,除咗椒鹽九肚魚之外, 另外兩款都有點不到位的感覺。不過,都完了久不久的心癮。

一上枱打個突,有骨鹵水鵝
,再睇一睇餐牌, 的確冇寫鹵水鵝'片',但小弟認知打冷鹵水鵝一定斜切起片,唔會當雞鴨咁斬

鵝肉夠嫩大腸夠爽,只係。。。可惜。

蠔餅,蠔仔夠大隻,不過唔夠脆口, 而且有碗不明汁料,得個辣字,如果加點魚露會好好多。
今次打冷食得有點奇怪,除咗椒鹽九肚魚之外, 另外兩款都有點不到位的感覺。不過,都完了久不久的心癮。
