上星期一家人來食飯,坐的位置冷氣對正頭,吹着仔仔同員工說,員工竟然說是仔仔的身體問題,我小朋友只有10歲,員工說他不覺得熱,拒絕關一部冷氣。最後仔仔在食飯後感冒了。食飯途中,餸菜更出現小昆蟲,跟職員說,職員說是正常。嘢食味道一半,環境和衛生簡直惡劣。聽日會再報食環署,大家千萬不要去食,貼錢買難受!垃圾商店,希望早日結業,不要再消費香港人對打冷的情!

其實好似第二次清醒黎食鴻發,次次飲醉都唔知佢係咩味,但發覺佢啲野其實好重味,好啱食,啲小炒又有鑊氣👍🏻潮州野唔洗講,份量足,唔似出面啲鋪咁小氣,份量細。本身想食大眼雞,點知得返啲大,都要$300條,唔係個個朋友都食,所以叫條烏頭就算;烏頭出晒油,無泥味,出乎意料咁好食又滑👍🏻蠔餅就差少少,蠔肉唔多夠👌🏻最出色係炒蜆,粒粒啲肉脹卜卜,無沙,仲要無離壳,食咁多間,價錢同份量都非常之高,食過咁嘅價錢 $95通常得十粒八粒,再加一堆青椒,翠玉瓜黎炒就算,鴻發算係好足料👍🏻👍🏻整體非常好,連酒水人均$200頭左右👌🏻抵食又好食。

鵝片拼墨魚
因為同行朋友唔食內臟,所以淨係叫左鵝片同墨魚雙拼。鵝片同墨魚都好香滷水味,而且滷得好入味。鵝片肉質半肥瘦好正,軟淋淋得嚟有咬口。墨魚食落都好爽口,同樣好入味。


蜆仔肉
朋友見到這道菜名覺得很新奇所以叫了,菜式菜如其名,就是很迷你的蜆肉配上香蔥辣椒🌶️,少少咸少少辣,配飯一流👍🏻


京都骨
叫了一道普通大排檔小菜,味道不過不失,酸酸甜甜的味道亦讓人胃口大開,排骨都炒得剛剛好,沒有太多筋。


小炒皇
去大排檔很喜歡吃小炒皇,來到打冷見到都叫了這道菜。這間的小炒皇不輸大排檔,同樣很有鑊氣,魷魚🦑、腰果、蝦乾仔、菜甫和韭菜相互配合,同朋友來喝啤酒🍺做下酒菜一流。


炸蠔餅🦪
打冷一定要叫的菜式,呢間的蠔仔🦪比較細粒,但是份量多,啖啖都食到有蠔仔。餅底都炸得好脆好香口,配上附上的酸辣汁,酸酸辣辣好鬼正🌶️。

好似每個星期都要諗食咩,真係諗唔到食咩好🥲咁啱俾我見到呢間打冷,就問女朋友食唔食打冷。兩個人叫咗一個滷水鵝片拼盤,一個韭菜豬紅同埋一碗蠔仔粥。滷水鵝片拼盤入面有豬耳、紅腸、鵝腸等份量都算幾大,滷水都幾入味略嫌啲鵝片真係切得好薄咬落冇乜口感。韭菜豬紅反而有啲驚喜,一般喺街都係韭菜多過豬紅,但係佢哋竟然可以豬紅多過韭菜味道有啲微辣,豬紅都算爽口,值得推薦👍🏻最後就係蠔仔粥,好彩只係叫咗一碗冇叫到一煲如果唔係應該食唔晒,我就覺得味道一般,但係女朋友好似幾鍾意食。整體嚟講都算幾抵食,計返每人$150左右價錢,好過食茶餐廳。

兩個人叫咗一個滷水鵝片拼盤,一個韭菜豬紅同埋一碗蠔仔粥。

滷水鵝片拼盤入面有豬耳、紅腸、鵝腸等份量都算幾大,滷水都幾入味略嫌啲鵝片真係切得好薄咬落冇乜口感。

韭菜豬紅反而有啲驚喜,一般喺街都係韭菜多過豬紅,但係佢哋竟然可以豬紅多過韭菜味道有啲微辣,豬紅都算爽口,值得推薦👍🏻

最後就係蠔仔粥,好彩只係叫咗一碗冇叫到一煲如果唔係應該食唔晒,我就覺得味道一般,但係女朋友好似幾鍾意食。


整體嚟講都算幾抵食,計返每人$150左右價錢,好過食茶餐廳。

今晚喺旺角試咗呢間潮州打冷,價錢高質素一般,不值。叫了滷水拼盤、醬爆田雞、蠔餅及蠔仔粥,四樣嘢之中只有蠔仔粥好d,其他的都麻麻地。蠔仔粥d蠔好新鮮,又幾大粒,真係幾好。醬爆田雞嘅田雞唔係太新鮮,所以麻麻地。滷水拼盤size超細,$12X真係有啲貴,味道ok嘅,滷水汁好味。蠔餅最衰,蠔唔多,粉厚,價錢高,唔值得。

份量都多,食到尾我地食唔哂,底下仲有好多花生~個鹵水做得幾出色~

呢個炒得好香好好味,份量又多,好推薦~

粉絲雜菜煲 $70
佢菜既份量就真係好多~不過我諗揀得雜菜煲都係想清淡食下菜,但我略嫌淡味左d

大眼雞魚 時價(唔記得幾錢,~100鬆D)
我個人唔太偏好食魚(偏食🥺),所以試左唔多~但佢個魚唔腥,其實味道都ok,順帶一提佢係涼菜~

平時係旺角食潮州打冷也會選擇這間店. 茶餐廳格局, 有上下兩層. 晚飯&宵夜時段都多人來用膳. 員工服務快速韭菜豬紅今次韭菜就麻麻地, 因為太, 有渣. 豬紅有彈口, 打冷必選鹵水鵝脾我們選擇叫鵝件(有骨), 不是叫鵝片. 原因是我們覺得有骨的肉較香, 有鹵水豆腐&熟花生墊底, 味道都ok小炒王我見隔離幾枱都有叫這碟餸, 又見炒得幾好, 令我也叫一碟試下, 味道果然有驚喜😋😋韭菜花&鮮魷爽口, 大蝦乾有鮮味, 腰果香脆. 整體不錯, 越食越想食👍👍

我見隔離幾枱都有叫這碟餸, 又見炒得幾好, 令我也叫一碟試下, 味道果然有驚喜😋😋
韭菜花&鮮魷爽口, 大蝦乾有鮮味, 腰果香脆. 整體不錯, 越食越想食👍👍

星期五7 點半左右同老公行經旺角搵地方食晚餐,見到係同路人就入去幫襯下啦。安排坐左入上層細偏房,得一個阿姐已經心知不妙。坐位附近勁多蟻,咁心諗茶記唔好要求咁多。點知坐低左成3 個字先落到單,啲小菜(老水併盤,椒鹽九肚魚,蒜蓉炒菜)夠膽死等左半個鐘先黎得一樣老水併盤!9 個字先黎碟炒菜,我係咪食緊法國餐?咁既情況都要追下阿姐啦,佢不耐煩話好多單呀!等下啦! 老老實實,同路人都唔係咁嘛,堅係餓到有啲胃痛,認真冇下次!
