To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chatterbox 嚟咗香港咁耐 , 遲遲都未有機會食 😆今日終於黎試吓鼎鼎大名嘅海南雞飯 !!餐牌 :呢度係自助形式 , 喺收銀處落單 , 然後搵個位坐低 , 店員就會送上食物 , 非常方便 !! 座位闊落 , 環境光猛 ! 等咗一陣嘢食就送到喇 👍👍文華海南雞飯 ($102)雞嘅份量都幾多 , 唔會太肥 , 幾有雞味 , 幾滑 😋 點埋三色醬冇得輸 ~ 雞油飯唔會太油 , 有淡淡的雞油香味 , 粒粒分明唔會太濕 ! 雞湯入邊有豆腐同椰菜絲 , 口感豐富 , 唔會太鹹 ! 👍新加坡炒飯 ($94)坐喺度嘅時候聽到廚房嘅爐火聲音 🔥🔥出到嚟果然個炒飯係好香好夠鑊氣 !! 味道係微辣 , 又帶少少甜甜味 ! 個飯用左雞肉 , 蝦同蛋去炒 ~ 面頭仲脆卜卜嘅蝦片 ! 🤗🤗牛肉沙嗲 (2 串) (+$34)沙嗲好惹味 , 唔太辣 ~ 青檸梳打 (+$20)好大杯 😆😆 勁抵飲 ! 唔太甜 !!整體黎講 , 海南雞飯真係唔錯 , 就算唔係招牌菜嘅鑊氣系列都好有驚喜 !! 推介大家嚟試吓 🤗
