To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久別重逢的偶遇

本來一直對呢間野無咩興趣（因為女朋友的關係.. .），但甘岩今次女朋友主動話要黎食，就俾多次機會佢啦 可能係食晚飯時間，人比較多，都要等二十分鐘左右。終於坐低左，叫左三樣野，女朋友叫左吉列豬扒定食，我叫左和風醬汁吉列豚丼，再加多左個芝士玉子卷。我個吉列豚丼係限定製作，一日只有三十份。。但居然俾我食得到 味道酸酸甜甜，好開胃，不過個飯好濕。。再加埋椰菜絲，口感不錯。。至於吉列豬扒定食，質素普通，豬扒略乾，如果多少少肥就好了，湯略咸，椰菜絲新鮮爽脆，添左三次，白飯添左一碗。總結，是一次不錯的用餐經驗
