To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新居搜購大致完成,兩口子終於可以抽空去看《Avator》;i-square爆場情況極誇張,幸而老公有辦法買到Grand Cinema的VIP場,就趁元旦假期最後一天去欣賞。  幸得西鐵接駁,由元朗可以快捷舒適地抵達圓方,離開場尚有差不得一小時,就預先致電來留了檯;也是幸有此著,因雖收費較高且不分早午茶時段,地方不大的百樂卻是旺場非常,2點多仍要等位排起飛仔。 被安排領舒適清雅的半沙發位,急急剔起點心紙後,再開始細細品嚐所點的香片茶。高級茶樓的茶確是與眾不同,清香芳醇,值得$12位的收費;值$12的前菜也份外爽甜美味,是個不錯的開始。不過其後的四款點心,卻是催了又催,差不多半小時才上場: 西菜牛肉球-牛肉球極鮮又滑,不喜此味的我也不禁讚好;另墊底的腐皮以西洋菜取代,感覺較為健康。要挑剔的話,是香茜味較濃重,我食了半件已吃不消,其餘只得交老公清碟,美味下也是無難度的。 潮式糯米卷-在金網糯米飯與潮式糯米卷有過猶豫過一刻,慶幸最終選擇是它,除了因軟滑包皮緊扣香綿富口感的糯米飯,成品精緻好吃,也是因後來要趕睇戲打包,糯米卷也是方便之選! 古法千層糕-層次豐富質感實在,蛋香濃郁亦有怡人奶香,這甜

賀年鴛鴦糕-最後上檯的一項,喜歡它雙色配搭的意念,蘿蔔糕與年糕亦分別煎得香口又好吃,但質感都有過稔之嫌。
 
此店的點心實在精緻美味,就是等得太久,而且索價不菲(小點$24,中點$30,大點$38,極點$48),如本來老公還對鮮蝦腸感興趣,但一看極點要$48+10%,就打消了念頭!
 
不過當日鄰桌飄來的鹵水香實在吸引莫名,是以對這間創於1967的老店還是幾有興趣,那天有時間又有budget時,再來試試小菜吧!
