好一段時間冇食過印度菜 心血來潮又想試下啲新意思 所以今日黎試下印度菜fine dine!因為工作關係bk得比較晏,過咗飯點都仲係座無虛席,仲要有不少外國人,睇黎都幾受歡迎下!Welcome food🥳 酸酸地咁非常開胃!Beet Root Kebab以紅菜頭製成,食落口感有少少似薯餅,但會再實啲,唔會一叉就爛,比想像中更飽肚,入面仲有芝士,但點埋薄荷青醬一齊食會冇咁漏~Chicken Makhni每次印度菜必食嘅butter chicken,店員喺點餐嘅時候會先問辣度,相當貼心,我哋就揀咗少辣,食落唔會覺得特別辣,入面嘅雞塊份量勁多,仲要幾滑唔會乾爭爭~Garlic Nann叫得butter chicken梗係叫嗌埋佢永遠嘅partner nann🥰 Non Vegetarian有選擇困難症嘅我哋揀咗一個tandoor non vergetarian combo,一次過試晒不同烤肉,分別有蝦、魚、羊同埋雞😆 全部以炭火窯爐Tandoor烤成,可以話係印度菜嘅signature,令到啲肉同海鮮keep到有肉汁唔會乾爭爭而外層焦香🤤Mango Lassi 🥭 飲品就梗係必嗌Mango L

Mango Lassi 🥭
飲品就梗係必嗌Mango Lassi,唔會太甜,我本身唔係好中意飲好重香料嘅,但呢度嘅岩岩好!
最後以甜品作結,店員仲好熱情咁教我哋印度雪糕點講!整體來講成餐飯嘅體驗唔錯,店員非常之好客同熱情!
