係餐牌幾個羊肉掙扎咗一陣,呢個睇落喺純屬慢煮羊肉,另外有一個有包麵粉。慢煮羊肉同佢嘅香料咖喱互相融合昇華,羊香滿口,比較多骨!

記得對上一次食完對佢哋嘅咖喱留有深刻印象,同樣都係叫咗兩款。前者係佢哋嘅招牌菜,微甜微辣,牛油味極致濃郁,質地濃厚滑溜,估計是落重牛油所以做到咁滑咁香,好邪惡,但真心好正,我願意為佢長胖一點點。Mahi Sunehri質感就輕盈薄身少少,薑黃味好突出,加上孜然同蒜蓉等等,味道比較強烈及有特色,坊間好少食到呢一種味道嘅咖喱,值得一試。

裡面也有起司顆粒,還有不同的印度香料,一定要點上Garlic Nan,用手吃很有印度風情欸。

The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, an ideal place for dates or a comfortable and classy evening with friends and family. The clientele is mostly older folks with a mix of foreigners and locals. The service is attentive but sometimes too attentive. The staff took away my friend’s amuse bouche before she was done and throughout the meal the staff kept wanting to take our plates away when there was still food on them. Not sure why they seemed so rushed as the restaurant was not even full.

The Chatpati Gobhi ($118) and Butter Chicken/Chicken Makhni ($192) were decent but the Amritsari Kulcha ($62) that we ordered to go with the butter chicken was a bit too dry and hard. We wished it was fluffier.

另一道KURKURE KHUMB則是一道比較別緻的小碟,炸得薄脆的脆皮, 包著極香的羊奶芝士, 混以青黃椒和蘑菇,點蕃茄醬來吃,蘑菇和羊奶的香味纏繞不散。

香料和烹煮步驟都極繁複
所以羊肉雖燜煮得軟稔且入味
我還是覺得香料才是主角
香料包含了酥油、香菜籽、凝乳、洋蔥、生薑、大蒜、紅辣椒粉、丁香、綠荳蔻、黑胡椒、肉桂、味鹽
非常費心
香料的混和醬汁濃郁
但卻有層次
為了不要浪費這道菜的醬汁我特意點了Garlic Nan餅來配
