好耐之前食過一次,對個菌湯念念不忘,真係好香好好食,今日再黎encore!呢間餐廳一直都好多人,我地6點鐘到,入面已經有人食緊,好彩我地都有位!遲多一步都已經full曬喇!入到去要留意下牆壁,好多豬豬的手繪係度架!叫左兩個烏冬同玉子,兩個烏冬都揀左菌湯!因為真係好好味!厚切豚肉手打烏冬個湯滾滾下,好滿足!上面有黑松露醬,我將佢撈埋落湯度,成個湯個菇味更加濃,蛋就熟左,同埋翡翠苗入左湯的味更好食!豚肉係厚切,烏冬都多,唔會因為浸得太耐而淋曬,所以都好好食!醬油豬軟骨手打烏冬湯比上面果個更濃,因為加左醬油,會咸少少,略嫌遮左d菇味,但勝在豬軟骨淋,烏冬都入曬個湯味,所以都幾好食!木魚豚肉玉子燒睇個賣相就知好厚的玉子,材料非常豐富,蛋入面好多粟米同豚肉,而玉子層好厚,加埋個醬其實好飽,食食下會滯!
