To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

仲記得以前好鐘意食茶木，但後來台灣茶嘅餐廳開到周圍都係，已經比較少會去茶木🙈今日嚟到馬鞍山，經過見到茶木，心血來潮想入去試一試🙈一場嚟到梗係要試而家最新推出嘅產品🤓我就嗌咗一個微辣手工拌麵套餐，包括咗有椒麻拌麵、麻辣鴨血同麻辣半根半牛肉😋呢個套餐大推俾大家試下！拌麵非常煙韌有咬口，椒麻味香濃🤩牛根煮得好腍，唔洗驚好難進食😚雖然餐牌上面寫係麻辣，但係唔係好食得辣嘅我都完全接受到🤤至於嘢飲我就嗌咗草莓櫻姬，即係士多啤梨沙冰🍓真係好好飲！因為佢真係用士多啤梨去打成蓉，完全無香精味！口感幼滑😍最特別最特別嘅地方係佢嘅飲管可以食😱係由士多啤梨嘅糖製成🥰佢有超香濃嘅士多啤梨味，只有少少甜味，唔洗擔心佢係糖嘅話會唔會好甜🥳以後食台灣嘢，我會再考慮翻茶木🤪
