To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺韓國🇰🇷首爾旅行返嚟之後，一直都好掛住薯仔排骨湯。 尋日經過尖沙咀，見到呢間韓國餐廳，諗住碰下運氣，睇吓會唔會食返一樣嘅味道。坐低左之後，望一望個餐牌，見到佢有呢個湯， 諗都唔諗其他， 即刻落order.等咗唔使好耐， 個湯就送上枱面。 即刻試一試， 味道同韓國食嘅差小小， 但都非常接近。 薯仔吸咗個湯嘅精華， 配多個白飯， 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤。豬骨就有三大舊。真係好好味！！！！總括嚟講， 呢間餐廳一定會再幫襯。
