To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

燒味是我的至愛, 燒腩肉皮脆肉嫩, 但現在的燒肉皮肉分離大不如前, 直至來到這一家老店.店內環境一般, 本來想點一個燒肉飯, 但看到KC的推介最後還是點了一碟燒腩骨, 一碗菜乾豬肺湯.燒肉總的來說是燒得不錯, 皮肉相連而不韌, 那幾件燒腩骨簡直是人間妙品, 脂肪適中, 且肉質肥美, 好好. 菜乾湯沒有味精值得一試, 菜乾入味, 豬肺很"琳". 很滿足, 有機會要試試它的金錢雞.....
