To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日在金鐘辦完事,想去飲茶,我提議友人去名都酒樓。猶記得上次在名都飲茶,經已有整整十個年頭的光景😜這次再來品茶,充滿回憶。以往在這邊上班的時侯,經常一大班人過來食飯傾計!裝修是傳统的港式酒樓,面積很大、空間夠闊👍🏻推點心車仔的茶樓越來越少,此處卻保留這特式👏🏻實屬難得。現今酒樓大部份都是剔點心紙,我就比較喜歡點心車,可以實際👀目測吸引我的才選擇、又可以多試平常沒有叫的來嚐嚐😘另外在酒樓的中心位置擺設了一個大排檔,大家可以拿住張點心卡出去挑選心儀食物。還有甜品糕點櫃, 內放多款可挑, 亦令人嘆為觀止。煎檔的姐姐現場用心煎糕,今次點選蘿蔔糕拼竽頭糕(一碟三件,可自由配搭耶!),煎得金黃皮脆👍🏻灼菜檔🥬口很受歡迎, 有菜心同芥蘭(醬油/蠔油要自己拎),茶樓屹立多載,今回光顧,雖沒有當年旺場但仍可緬懷昔日風光。
