幾年前同朋友黎過呢度食呢排突然間有啲掛住呢度既食物同裝修環境今日嚟到仲發覺個Menu同裝修主題有唔同timSet Dinner 分左2至4道Course價錢由$368至到$468Menu底下仲有得Add On其他item tim 而我地就另外加多左兩隻生蠔同埋海膽多士首先頭盤嚟咗法國時令生蠔 🦪同焦糖法式燉鵝肝生蠔黎到雖然望落去有少少乾水,不過食落去都好鮮甜,而且法國生蠔嚟講都算幾大隻差啲想再encore不過諗到之後咁多嘢食所以放棄咗焦糖法式燉鵝肝嚟到好靚呀,個餅皮整到一朵花咁店員介紹我哋可以搣出嚟跟住點落個鵝肝度面頭一層焦糖,而底下就係用鵝肝打成既醬每一口都有鵝肝既香, 不過我就覺得焦糖好似太多了, 令到有小小太甜既感覺但整體都係好食, 食到最後唔夠花花比我地點呢時令海膽刺身多士新鮮海膽配上脆卜卜既烤多士沒有多餘既調味,但海膽夠鮮甜而且份量好多,超值!餐湯我哋加咗錢轉咗做法式澳洲活龍蝦湯之前嚟過飲佢哋嘅龍蝦湯好好飲所以今次都一定要叫每一啖都好香濃, 而且都食到新鮮既龍蝦肉配埋餐包食好夾傳統法式牛柳Order左五成熟,黎到岩岩好一切落去全部都係肉汁,再配埋底下嘅薯蓉好滿足慢煮西班牙黑毛

跟住點落個鵝肝度
面頭一層焦糖,而底下就係用鵝肝打成既醬
每一口都有鵝肝既香, 不過我就覺得焦糖好似太多了, 令到有小小太甜既感覺
但整體都係好食, 食到最後唔夠花花比我地點呢

新鮮海膽配上脆卜卜既烤多士
沒有多餘既調味,但海膽夠鮮甜

慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍
店員一放低就聞到好香既炭燒味
而且個豬本身都好腍,唔會有平時豬扒嗰種嚡口嘅感覺

DESSERT方面我地揀左季節限定時日甜品

原隻海膽雪糕
我最期待就係呢個啦
因為本身好鍾意食海膽
估唔到將佢變成雪糕都好有驚喜
仲要勁打卡
店員放低佢之後都建議我可以拍片
原來個海膽底下放咗好多乾冰
店員一加水之後就不停咁冒煙
視覺效果一流
味道食到都好濃既海膽味,而且仲伴隨着啲海膽肉, 有少少似食緊雪葩, 好有驚喜

另外我哋再嗌左兩杯打卡既Cocktail Pink Lady同埋Sexy on Tree , 利用份子料理整成泡泡,用匙羹一敲個視覺效果超靚
分別係荔枝味同埋蘋果味
都相當易入口,又靚又好飲
