To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 北京填鴨好老實講,我地唔係經常會食,一來唔算好多地方供應,始終比較花功夫;二來好多時價錢都唔平,又或者比較適合多人分享。難得今日有機會,一定要點。點左半隻一試,師傅不停片鴨,好快就已經上枱。片皮鴨足夠兩至三人用,不至於熱辣辣,配上摩摩皮、配菜。鴨皮薄身脆口,起哂肥膏,保留鴨肉,都有淡淡鴨香。除左傳統嘅青瓜、大蔥、醬之外,仲配上哈蜜瓜、芹菜、胡麻醬之類,食落冇咁膩,更清新
