To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實細個已經好鐘意食柴魚花生粥但細個賣粥的舊區以前呢種粥叫做(鴛鴦鮑) 其實唔知係咩來ge~但每次都會去時就點呢隻(鴛鴦鮑)。。。就係覺得好好味~但自從舊區拆了就食唔返呢隻味了有一次去大家樂食柴魚花生豬骨粥。。。嘩,點解同細個食的味道一樣,原來鴛鴦鮑=柴魚花生豬骨粥當然知道後就試過唔同粥店試唔同ge柴魚花生粥,但係有d話係太淡,有d就係豬骨味over左都係大家樂最像細個時食的味道所以今早返工前又要去食返碗花生粥作精神食糧

嘩,點解同細個食的味道一樣,原來鴛鴦鮑=柴魚花生豬骨粥


當然知道後就試過唔同粥店試唔同ge柴魚花生粥,但係有d話係太淡,有d就係豬骨味over左

都係大家樂最像細個時食的味道


所以今早返工前又要去食返碗花生粥作精神食糧
