上個週末,終於返嚟和牛燒肉一郎(佐敦)試返一餐熟悉嘅燒肉套餐。之前係別嘅分行試過,呢次係佐敦呢度食都唔失所望,質素同味道依然好穩陣。😊原條牛脷配香水檸檬:牛脷口感厚實,加埋檸檬嘅酸香,好清新,開胃唔過重味!海蝦:每隻都好彈牙又鮮甜,燒得啱啱好,少少焦香,輕輕加鹽就好味喇。特上牛脷捧:薄切嘅牛脷片,紋理細緻,入口即化,嚼落仲有肉汁滲出,鍾意原汁原味嘅朋友會鍾意呢道。牛里脊肉:份量啱啱好,嫩滑細膩,唔使加太多調味,簡單鹽味已經足夠突出牛肉嘅香氣。薄灸蔥花牛脷(鹽味):呢款牛脷片比之前嘅厚少少,加上香蔥,增添咗獨特嘅鮮味,食落有層次感。薄炙牛里脊肉:只要火候掌握得好好,油脂均勻分布,肉質又細嫩又軟,唔會覺得膩。生牛肉壽司:清爽嘅壽司飯香加埋鮮嫩牛肉,微微帶脂香,體驗好特別!雪糕:最後嚟一啖雪糕,幫成餐燒肉餐畫上甜美句號,清新解膩。燒肉同配菜種類豐富,牛肉同海鮮嘅搭配好有變化,下次可能會再嚟試其他套餐!
