To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放假,專登去金鐘搵老婆食晏,12點左右就喺金鐘搵餐廳,點知間間餐廳都好多人,最後唯有去咗食美心香港地,睇Menu嘅時候見到茄汁焗系列嘅圖片好吸引,於是決定叫一個茄汁焗豬扒意粉食,服務員上菜嘅速度都好快,平時焗飯應該要等15至20分鐘嘅,今次10分鐘左右就已經可以有得食,味道都唔錯,下次喺金鐘食飯都會再嚟返呢間美心香港地食。茄汁焗豬扒意粉茄汁味恰到好處,金黃嘅芝士香噴噴,食落有拉絲嘅感覺,熱呼呼嘅豬扒香脆爽口,意粉軟硬適中,咬落去爽口彈牙
