很久沒有在街外吃上海菜了,今次來到這間位於太子的餐廳,晚上時間都幾多人食!餐廳在這個大閘蟹季節推出了不少蟹粉製成的菜式,我們也點了款來試試!烏金蟹粉拌麵,這個拌麵的蟹粉用上江蘇大閘蟹拆成,味道非常香濃,拌入墨汁麵中,更能突顯蟹粉的金黃色!鮮肉小籠包,每粒都很大粒,內裡湯汁滿滿,味道鮮甜!干扁四季豆,四季豆好有鑊氣,味道咸香,口感爽身,非常惹味!雪菜肉絲炒年糕 ,年糕口感煙煙韌韌,加上雪菜肉絲和筍絲一齊炒,味道不會太咸,清清地,口感又豐富!鎮江水晶肉,這個前菜每次吃上海菜都會點,啫喱拌的肴肉點上醋一齊食,很開胃!醉香豬手,豬手有濃濃的酒香,口感爽口,而且份量好多,好正!炸銀絲卷,銀絲卷外層炸到脆身,內裡軟綿綿,點上煉奶味道甜甜的,很美味!
