To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

諗唔到晚餐食咩好，又唔想食得太heavy，所以揀左我好耐都無食的元氣。平時經過元氣都好多人，不過尖沙咀呢間等左唔駛10分鐘就有位用手機落單好方便，啲野食仲好快就到。牛油果軟殼蟹壽司普普通通，無咩特別。我最愛的帆立貝壽司，雖然唔係好大粒好厚，但都幾新鮮。個避風塘吞拿魚壽司係期間限定，我地見幾特別所以叫左黎試下，不過避風塘的味道太搶，食落麻麻地。最後叫左個芝士蛋糕做甜品，係全晚最好食的一樣野，食落質感無普通芝士蛋糕咁實，有啲似啫喱，好味滿足的一晚
