To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情持續左都一段日子，已經好耐冇幾個人聚埋一齊食飯.趁限聚令由2人放鬆到4人，即刻約一約去食下飯聚下飯局。相約朋友去到一間位於隱閉工廠區内的上樓大排擋，唔係附近工作或熟人帶路真係未必知道，一坐下不久，職员就落力推銷招牌菜，他們的招牌菜真的有很多款，最終選了幾款。炸德國咸豬手 上檯時仍熱辣辣，食落去一點也不油膩，咬落仲脆卜卜，非常有口感，豬手的肉咸咸香香配埋的沙律醬味道簡直非常match,脆皮乳鴿乳鸽皮脆肉嫩，肉質鮮味惹味。芝麻雞 - 呢個係招牌菜！雞皮佈滿芝麻，密不見針，食落既口感你外脆内軟，先講外皮，芝麻令我咬落去的口感似食煎堆，但又會feel到些雞油，而且仲有埋再埋軟滑滑既雞肉，口感非常特別。蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子，味道一流，仲有叫埋小炒王、椒鹽九肚魚，呢D餸菜都唔差.總括一句，味道ok,
