To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久違的忠誠 ,水準依舊出色

屋企人想食泰國菜,諗左幾間都唔岩心水,就醒起好耐無去既忠誠,因為無訂檯一定要等半個鐘左右,所以好多時無預定幾時食,一諗起都要打消念頭,今日唔理喇～太想食照去。佢地既座位唔少,有一般餐廳2-3個鋪既座位,我地約7點去到,食客非常多已坐滿,等位的也不少呢,望下訂檯簿仔,仲有10幾張檯先到我地,等到近一個鐘,有位了。叫個椰青解解渴$48,好大個好清甜,3個人叫左兩個,飲極都有!一個椰肉超嫩可以食哂d肉😍。泰式古法浸雞$152,食左咁多次原來未叫過呢個,皮香肉嫩連皮都食埋,超滑又有雞味,配埋泰式酸辣醬更正!串燒沙爹牛肉4串$58,花生醬加沙爹醬超香滑,牛肉燒得幾好,但有幾舊大既好韌。焗薄餅$42,有8塊咖喱未到時,我地一人食塊先,超鬆脆煙韌既薄餅,配埋咖喱吸哂d汁仲正!!鑊仔綠咖哩斑塊$85,超中意食涼瓜斑腩既我試試咖喱斑塊,原來唔系好夾,但綠咖哩一向是我首選超好食,仲有洋蔥,茄子,蘑菇,韭菜。食到一半仲有好多咖喱汁,再叫蒜蓉包$38,6塊超香脆軟熟,無得頂!
