To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大喜屋其他分店都試過，但一直都未試最貴的殿大喜屋。難得約到班朋友，今次就試下！星期三晚，所以唔滿座。點單用電話，夠哂環保。坐低即刻點咗盤刺身，刺身選擇多，外面少見的拖羅肥美，回本必點。刺身杯，外表精美，有創意，但味道...都係叫返刺身好過海膽手卷，即叫即製，紫菜好脆，好多海膽，但冇咩味。和牛薄燒，呢個好好食，牛味好重，再點埋汁，正鮑魚花膠煲，花膠厚身，黏口，鮑魚爽口，但味道唔重，得個咬。清酒，朋友認為唔錯私心推介椰子雞湯，好足料，幾飽都要飲多碗。其他都係一般放題的食物，就唔詳細講啦。總括而言，殿大喜屋算偏貴的放題，食物種類同味道都唔錯，但試一次就可以，下次都係揀返其他大喜屋。
