Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久違的車仔麵

隔咗一排冇嚟愛民邨呢間車仔麵店幫襯，皆因之前兩次幫襯經驗都唔太好，連續兩次都漏單，今日路過決定再俾一次機會佢。可能已經有一排冇食，百物騰貴之下，不知不覺又加咗價。雖然貴咗，但係食物質素比之前好返啲。不過始終份量都係比較少。例如要加錢嘅「靚靚豬腩肉」，雖然好似比之前切厚咗、大塊咗同入味咗，但只係得三塊咁大把，而白魚蛋都係三粒。反而非肉類嘅冬菇，可能因為成本平啲，就有五粒，而冬菇亦都係我覺得味道最好嘅餸。後記：食完呢碗三餸車仔麵，去到下晝三四點開始肚餓🤣 如果你係非常大食嘅話，我只能建議你點多一兩個餸，或者… 去第二度食啦…

後記：食完呢碗三餸車仔麵，去到下晝三四點開始肚餓🤣 如果你係非常大食嘅話，我只能建議你點多一兩個餸，或者… 去第二度食啦…
