To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得有一日早放,就想約左屋企人去附近飲茶,德福美心係個唔錯嘅選擇,坐得舒服,食物又唔錯等左大概15分鐘終於可以入座,一坐低碗都未開始洗就有個大姐捧住一盤只餘一碟嘅墨西哥皮叉燒包,見個樣唔錯幾吸引就要埋佢。一碟三個味道唔錯,個皮唔會太甜。但可能拎出嚟已經有一段時間,個包已經凍左唔再熱辣辣,個皮都唔太鬆脆,但尚可接受。(BTW 後尾食飽先見到原來仲有菠蘿包皮叉燒包,但已經食唔落,下次一定要試試)食完菠蘿包見到點心車經過個牌寫住鵪鶉蛋燒賣,雖然我自己本身唔太好傳統燒賣,但呢個鵪鶉蛋燒賣我幾乎次次去美心飲茶都會食。一籠3粒燒賣,舊蝦肉爽囗彈牙,個皮又唔乾身,相較之下,粒鵪鶉蛋就顯得有d平平無奇,但成個點心整體上配合得真係幾好,如果唔係個肚無位encore,我都想叫多碟跟住就到炸物紫菜卷,在我記憶中,好像没有一次見到有紫菜卷會不叫碟。一碟4條,剪開有8件仔,每件可以兩啖食完,新鲜出爐熱辣辣,脆卜卜,又足料,真係好正。到最後食甜品嘅時間,因為點心車無咩吸引嘅甜品,所以決定在甜品紙上選擇,平時食開嗰d甜品全部無曬,唯有揀個新嚟試下。我揀左紫米香芒班戟卷,家人揀左綠豆沙。綠豆沙我試左啖,唔錯,幾足料。

跟住就到炸物紫菜卷,在我記憶中,好像没有一次見到有紫菜卷會不叫碟。一碟4條,剪開有8件仔,每件可以兩啖食完,新鲜出爐熱辣辣,脆卜卜,又足料,真係好正。

到最後食甜品嘅時間,因為點心車無咩吸引嘅甜品,所以決定在甜品紙上選擇,平時食開嗰d甜品全部無曬,唯有揀個新嚟試下。我揀左紫米香芒班戟卷,家人揀左綠豆沙。綠豆沙我試左啖,唔錯,幾足料。

但個1碟3個嘅班戟卷真係伏嚟,個班戟皮同紫米仲係硬,應該係喺雪櫃啱啱拎出嚟,唔建議大家揀呢個............

如是者,我地兩個人午市就食左百五蚊,但我覺得美心算物有所值,無論係環境,服務定野食。況且間唔使獎厲自己都係應該嘅
