To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因疫情關係,好久無寫食評了攞咗消費券當然要去消費一下啦首先必定是牛角今次係第一次去V walk既分店舖面分了一半做牛涮鍋,感覺就好似細咗啲,因有預先訂枱,所以一去到就可以即時入座今次揀咗Set D 極上和牛,驚喜發現有幾款新嘗試,當然急不及待要試試啦😋有鴨肝多士(新),因為顧住食都唔記得影相🤣🤣味道幾好,但第一次燒就真係唔太識燒😅😅多士就麻麻地啦!塩味&黑松露(新)北海盜帆立貝,咁當然係黑松露比較好食😋蒜香牛油美國SRF安格斯極黑和牛板腱扒(新)會另外俾一個錫紙兜裝住牛油&蒜蓉,燒好塊扒&燒溶牛油撈蒜蓉,將牛肉點牛油食,我就覺得麻麻地,只係點返另外跟既醬汁就好味好多,口感比較淋OK既,值得一試再試👍整體各款食物都好味😋😋 唯一美中不足,係明明魷魚已重新上架,但竟然無得order(只得buffet店有),只可另外加錢單點,勁失望!

首先必定是牛角

今次係第一次去V walk既分店
舖面分了一半做牛涮鍋,感覺就好似細咗啲,因有預先訂枱,所以一去到就可以即時入座
