醉串是一間韓式串燒店,地方簡潔。午市除串燒外,亦有烏冬麵食供應。這碗極上黑豚肉石鍋烏冬,以熱辣辣的石鍋盛載,湯汁氣泡沸騰,香氣四溢。黑豚肉與湯烏冬分開盛載,安排理想。黑豚肉質素雖談不上極上,但計及價錢質素食味合理。想進一步推高黑豚肉的享受,自然需配上黑豚豬骨湯底。湯底味道帶甜,不會過於濃味。湯中配上粟米粒、木耳絲及生蛋,尤以生蛋效果最為出眾,蛋汁能增加香味及烏冬的滑感。至於烏冬,口感過於腍身,不太欣賞。來到串燒店當然要試試串燒。餃子雞翼是相對花功夫之作,需要起骨釀餡的工序。「餃子」賣相飽滿,炸香熱食固然香口美味。燒五花腩本是邪惡之作,但成品感覺不算油膩,咬下口感軟中見彈性。煙肉茘枝卷是筆者喜愛的串燒之一,可惜荔枝汁量甜度不到位,做不到應有的效果。燒牛油粟米不論粟米甜味與牛油香氣還欠一點點。
