難得的週日,當要要食好d同精緻d,男朋友提議到灣仔謝斐道轉角位的"醉串",聽到個名就覺得好威威,一於去試下,餐廳的裝修簡潔雅緻,以黑白灰為主色,令人感覺舒服。在餐廳內還有一些遊戲供應,可以一邊吃一邊玩,是一個不錯的聚腳點。餐廳的餐牌以彩色印刷,每串串燒的部位及份量都能夠清楚地說明,定價老實,食得放心一坐低即like醉串facebook page,就送左開胃小菜 - kimchi店員極力推介的餃子雞翼 , 外形像普通雞翼般,但其實系一隻好有"料"的餃子。雞翼去了骨並釀了自創的餃子料,食落更加方便!味道脆脆軟軟不油膩,易於入口。胡麻冷烏冬,烏冬選得唔錯,配料有紫菜,蟹柳絲,經廚師烹調後,入口又滑又有彈牙,比起其他烏冬,不但多了一份咬勁,而且仲帶一股麥香。胡麻醬令烏冬吃起來有芝麻香魷魚鬚好爽又夠口感,而且塗了一層帶微甜的燒汁,有一種去日本旅行食街頭小食既感覺男友最愛的牛肋肉和五花腩,燒得剛剛好,將部份的肥油逼出,但唔太乾身好juicy,噴左幾滴檸檬汁,沒有太"留"的感覺,廚師燒的時間掌握得好好,牛肉好易咬完全唔韌另外,值得一讚它的燒豬頸肉,份量夠大,價錢吸引(48元就大大碟),它的伴碟汁亦十分出色,8成似泰式汁﹐但味道更溫和易入口,再帶多一黠的酸和甜,又唔會搶左豬頸肉的肉味,好得!!!!燒鯖魚,魚味本身好淡,所以只塗了一屠薄薄的燒汁,唔會搶了魚的原味,配合蘿蔔汁一齊食都幾特別菠蘿香甜燒得多汁,滿口菠蘿汁不乾身,甜絲絲的味道又冇渣,真系值得一試。餐廳環境舒適,食物質素好,選擇又多,上菜時間合理,系一餐好值得回味的週日飯 continue reading

醉串,這個名字好像有多重的意思。午市時候有多款的石鍋供應,非常吸引、還可以用優惠的價錢追加不同的小食。先上來的是前菜木魚凍茄子。茄子把醬汁都吸收了,咸香味濃郁,加上了木魚的淡淡清香,十分開胃。又再散叫多了一客的泡菜,不算太辣,但酸味較為突出,對我來說是有點點的過酸了。咖喱牛肉飯。用上了肥牛,更是惹味香口。咖喱汁非常的多,拌勻後飯還是濕濕的像意大利飯。咖哩是日式的,不辣卻帶點香甜,配上肥牛更是惹味。巨蜂梳打,味道略為甜了一點,提子味也不算十分突出。 continue reading

一個月一次既『神話精神病院』病院LINE聚會今次就揀左係好方便既銅鑼灣舉行因為今次有一位『遠渡』由馬交而來既2號床病友銅鑼灣方便佢食完次後走佬『醉串』個門面好簡約室內設計亦都一樣完全冇半點花巧好似好多韓國新式餐廳既設計可能因為『醉串』主打係燒串所以台面上有個『檸檬吱吱』俾大家用好少見但又好貼心既Design因為太肚餓既關係奶油包唔理三七二十一每樣野都乘4咁叫而家就睇下奶油包同病友們叫左D咩先點餐紙得一張價錢亦一目了然食物方面...睇相啦...食完都分唔到佢地係咩有燒雞中翼,燒豬大腸,燒五花腩,燒雞軟骨,燒雞皮,燒雞腎,燒牛舌,燒多春魚,燒魷魚鬚,燒冬菇,辣酒花螺,牛油金菇...基本上係樣樣都咁好食除左燒牛舌係硬左D之外其他既調味或者燒熟既程度都岩岩好仲有我地5個人叫左9個可樂係...9個可樂....$25/個....淨係飲可樂都用左$250Anyway...奶油包真心覺得醉串係唔錯既係價錢貴左D同冷氣凍左D食物質素值90分但價錢真係太貴...5個人食一餐用左$2000...不過為左『遠渡』由馬交而來既2號床病友咩都係值得既... continue reading

星期六6點未夠肚餓,同親愛的去左呢間食小小野打個底先。叫左個醬油蟹跟飯 牛舌:厚肉,灑有海鹽同黑椒調味,夠稔身容易咬。鴨下巴 :第一次食原來甘大隻,有肉唔會得d骨,表面都係用海鹽同黑椒調味,味道夠。秋葵: 配上醬油食味道幾香。第一次食醬油蟹,原來味道都幾濃,一個人食一隻真好夠,配埋飯就岩晒,因為可以中和返個醬油味,飯會配埋紫菜,可以包飯同蟹肉一齊食。 continue reading
