男友最愛的牛肋肉和五花腩,燒得剛剛好,將部份的肥油逼出,但唔太乾身好juicy,噴左幾滴檸檬汁,沒有太"留"的感覺,廚師燒的時間掌握得好好,牛肉好易咬完全唔韌

另外,值得一讚它的燒豬頸肉,份量夠大,價錢吸引(48元就大大碟),它的伴碟汁亦十分出色,8成似泰式汁﹐但味道更溫和易入口,再帶多一黠的酸和甜,又唔會搶左豬頸肉的肉味,好得!!!!

醉串,這個名字好像有多重的意思。午市時候有多款的石鍋供應,非常吸引、還可以用優惠的價錢追加不同的小食。先上來的是前菜木魚凍茄子。茄子把醬汁都吸收了,咸香味濃郁,加上了木魚的淡淡清香,十分開胃。又再散叫多了一客的泡菜,不算太辣,但酸味較為突出,對我來說是有點點的過酸了。咖喱牛肉飯。用上了肥牛,更是惹味香口。咖喱汁非常的多,拌勻後飯還是濕濕的像意大利飯。咖哩是日式的,不辣卻帶點香甜,配上肥牛更是惹味。巨蜂梳打,味道略為甜了一點,提子味也不算十分突出。

星期六6點未夠肚餓,同親愛的去左呢間食小小野打個底先。叫左個醬油蟹跟飯 牛舌:厚肉,灑有海鹽同黑椒調味,夠稔身容易咬。鴨下巴 :第一次食原來甘大隻,有肉唔會得d骨,表面都係用海鹽同黑椒調味,味道夠。秋葵: 配上醬油食味道幾香。第一次食醬油蟹,原來味道都幾濃,一個人食一隻真好夠,配埋飯就岩晒,因為可以中和返個醬油味,飯會配埋紫菜,可以包飯同蟹肉一齊食。

在我而言,吃日式咖喱,賭的是甜度。偶爾遇著個只甜不辣的,哭笑不得。友人的咖喱牛舌飯,我只試了一點點咖喱,少辣,甜度偏低 ,不俗。它的濃稠度,伴飯一流。

散叫的豬大腸,外層燒至微脆,不過只有微脆,不及炸的香口。軟腍的中心,油香十足卻不膩,心知邪惡,口裡卻不覺。有一兩件完全沒有脆皮,入口只有脂肪,就稍為誇張了,還是喜歡炸的。

剛剛開門,人客不太多。送前菜一客。野菜豆腐烏冬。蔬菜份量非常多,湯底清甜不油膩,略微湯的份量太少。烏冬軟腍,湯底香甜蔬菜為主較為健康。溫泉蛋打成蛋花,味道更是滋味。早兩天吃得較油膩,今日健康午餐。追加小食。蕃薯甜甜煙韌,薯香清香,喜歡日本蕃薯的香甜。

什麼樽椒鹽 青檸......原來是原只檸檬放在一個container 下真正攪野令少見多怪的在下大大好奇但又實用。謝菲道是夜店和食的天下顧名思義醉串望見酒香現在也是韓國部隊鍋熱不過太大今晚只吃燒物燒鱔魚燒翼開邊有2只22元化算雪白鱔魚肉48元汁燒豆腐非常飽肚3大塊較名貴的海胆煙肉燒原隻蠔48元/隻蠔都是新鮮檔次難得用上菇粒,白汁加上上面一口海胆,值得一提有點綴,亦落本鋪墊的野菜也多。豪情色誘因肉夠厚巧手燒豆腐22元外熱內軟專業把軟弱豆腐燒烤真的非上串燒專門店不可頗喜歡醉串那種居酒屋氛圍不太貴卻又發出了酒館氣候人們飲飽食醉是昇平安心的補充了日常生活的忙不過來!
