To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每年我生日契媽請我食飯,本揀中環歷山大厦北京樓,打電話訂枱,去到無開,4月中先開,原來我打咗去鰂魚涌嗰間,怎算?其實想同佢食好些,因為限聚令,高级餐廳較難訂枱,座位少,想起此處,有得訂,拿拿淋轉過來。有新點心牌,多廣東點心選擇。女兒紅醉雞$118,同樣酒繼續醉,帶甜,雞嫩。賽螃蟹餃$57,淡味,蛋白餡欠蛋香,皮唔煙韌,腍,不晶瑩通透,白玉。韭菜煎盒子$54,香口,外層皮濃香薄軟,肉粒冬菇碎,韭菜唔夠臭。鮑魚火腿穌$57,外形似皮蛋稣,體形小巧,內裏鲍魚有幾多,自己想,配咸火腿蓉,一般。雪绵豆沙香蕉,$60,欠蛋香,反而香蕉香,豆沙唔太甜。老人家味覺巳退化,味道我認為ok,佢更覺無味。
