To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約左幾個朋友第一次黎飲茶，我地五個大人，四個一歲幾既小朋友，原本貪呢度有好大個户外公園飲完茶可以帶小朋友玩下，一黎到，侍應話可以唔洗攞飛，因為都大把位，叫我地自己搵位坐低，搵左張大枱坐低，我地洗唒碗快，有個侍應走埋黎話呢張大枱有人留座，要我地讓返出黎，都唔係問題，但係仲質問我地，係邊個侍應叫我地坐呢張枱！我心諗呢啲你地員工自己解決啦，你問個客？仲有，你留座唔該擺個牌啦！亦唔好叫客人自己搵位！我地每個帶住小朋友雞手鴨腳咁換左張枱，仲要同我地講，我地四個手抱bb當兩個茶錢計，真係飲左幾十年茶聞所未聞，手抱bb會飲你既茶或者水？點心就一般般不過不失，但唔會再有下次！
