之前聽聞澳洲牛奶公司第三代除左喺九龍城開左「澳牛2.0」-聯發茶餐廳外,仲開左間賣牛腩嘅鋪頭喺隔離,我姑且叫佢做「九記2.0」吧。星期六,外面落緊滂沱大雨,可能或多或少影響到生意,鋪頭入面冇乜人。叫左碗「上湯牛筋腩伊麵」($52):先飲一啖牛湯,果然夠清甜,又帶點牛骨香;到牛腩部分,佢似柱侯牛腩嘅味道,即係比平時食開嘅清湯牛腩重味,揀伊麵就貪佢可以索湯,雖然索價$52一碗偏貴,但整體而言,味道都唔錯。我覺得可以接受,咁當然未至於媲美九記啦。不過可以繼續努力,一定可以做得更好。
