坤記牛腩終於結業了。記得當年你開擋時我心裏充滿期望,好開心九龍區有間高水準嘅牛腩專門店。開店初期,食材質素高,不下於其他出名嘅XX牛腩。我都多次幫襯,柯打鋪頭最貴嘅淨爽腩享用。可惜數年前一次外賣淨爽腩,返屋企開盒發現啲牛腩完全唔係嗰回事,竟然俾咗啲一般茶餐廳嘅擦膠牛腩,令我非常失望及憤怒。從此,坤記就放在我的黑名單上。一次不忠,百次不用。在疫情下你執笠我一點也不驚訝,市場力量係現實而殘酷,希望你將來東山復出,可以引以為戒。另外,我提醒你的姐妹店聯發不要掉以輕心。如果你唔明點解近年生意流失比同街嘅茶檔,請留意一下服務員嘅態度。祝瓜得瓜,種豆得豆。

腩汁菜芯,夠晒腍同入味,菜亦好新鮮。

崩沙牛腩,濃郁既牛味,好腍,鬆軟可口,有一層既肥膏係面,非常香滑,但食得多會太膩。

雲吞,餡料好正,鮮蝦彈牙,豬肉新鮮,墨魚丸,爽甜香同juicy 。

雙拼牛腩牛雜粗面,粗麵唔會有好重鹼水味,牛腩好鬆化,相比起崩沙只係冇咁肥,牛雜方面,肺同腸都好正,味濃,送麵一流!

很喜歡港式麵食的我久不久就要吃一碗,而且特別鍾情牛雜牛腩,今晚與老公到了九龍城老字號坤記牛腩晚餐。餐廳是舊式卡位枱椅,平實簡潔,牆上貼滿食物餐牌,除了牛腩及牛雜,還有雲吞餃子,粉麵及飯食。門口貼了二人套餐牌,有魚皮菜、兩碗粉麵或飯,再加兩杯飲品也是150 +,性價比非常高。我們點了金牌牛三寶河粉、鳳城水餃拼鮮蝦雲吞撈油麵,郊外油菜及炸魚皮一碟,再加兩杯凍檸茶。牛三寶有牛筋、牛肚及牛腩,份量也不少,牛筋冧滑、牛腩唔肥而香淋,牛肚口感適中,湯底好味,河粉淋滑,配上自家製辣油特別好味。炸魚皮香脆大塊,郊外油菜配蠔油好味,軟硬度適中。水餃拼雲吞撈油麵大大碟,水餃及雲吞餡多有份量,口感非常好,味道也令人回味。

金牌牛三寶配河粉(55元)
小朋友才做選擇,大人是全都要,所以金牌牛三寶肯定是必點的!這三寶分別有牛腩,牛筋和牛肚,這裡最出名的都可以一次過吃一次!首先是牛腩,這個真的被驚艷,牛腩入口即溶,輕輕的咬一下就已經化開,剩下的就是濃濃的牛味在口腔內停留,就像你吃日本A5和牛一樣,但這個牛肉濃味一點!原來新鮮的牛腩真的那麼好吃,之前吃的可能是假的!之後是牛筋,這個也煮到很軟,吃進口有膠質,味道較清淡。最後是牛肚,這個吃起來比較爽滑,沒有異味,也沒有渣。

鳳城水餃拼鮮蝦雲吞 淨食(46元)
這個淨食每樣都有3粒,聽店員介紹是每天新鮮人手包製的。鳳城水餃每粒都很大,比乒乓球還要大,而且非常足料,可以吃到有鮮蝦,豬肉,木耳,竹筍和冬茹,味道不錯!鮮蝦雲吞就比鳳城水餃小一點,主要有鮮蝦,豬肉,味道也很好,蝦肉很彈牙!

上湯牛腩撈幼麵 (58元)
撈麵會跟一碗牛骨湯,主要作用是給人飲用的,或是麵太乾或結成團的時候用的,但我相信很多香港人都可能會將麵再浸一浸湯吃,那就一種麵吃了兩款不同的麵吃了!我也是這樣!撈幼麵店家本身已經加了腩汁下去的,所以是有味道的,而幼麵爽滑彈牙,這對不喜歡吃湯麵的也有另一個選擇了。牛腩這次比牛三寶的瘦,所以沒有入口即溶的感覺,所以下次叫的時候可以試試跟店員要求自己想要的肥瘦!

除了牛腩牛筋,個人也十分喜歡這裏的雲吞水餃 。水餃包得飽滿, 木耳和 和蝦肉 給塞得滿滿的, 多汁爽口,一隻餃子一口根本吃不下。
雲吞也是同樣級做得大大隻的 , 鮮蝦和豬肉宏混合 鮮甜多汁又爽口 。推薦一定要沾自家製辣醬, 香味會更升級讓人一粒一粒的吃雲吞停不了。

今日放工後,來到九龍城候王道的「坤記牛腩麵」買外賣回家吃。「坤記」在九龍城很有名氣,食粉麵湯底當然非常重要,老板每天都用150斤牛骨和牛肉淆製成上湯,真材實料。除了牛筋腩出名好吃之外,自家製的雲吞和餃子也是必試的。《蘿蔔牛筋腩飯》$58膠質豐富的牛筋腩,軟腍入味,湯底清甜,果然是招牌菜。韮菜餃$30(半打)餃子大大隻,餡料豐富,肉眼睇到裡面最少有3隻蝦,餃子皮薄,味道鮮甜。《豬手麵》$38 兩大舊南乳豬手,也是骨膠原豐富,把清湯加入麵內一齊食,好好味。疫情期間,大部分行業都飽受創傷,尤其是飲食業,希望大家一起加油,能盡快走出困境。外賣時記得走餐具,為地球出點綿力。
