To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去九龍城成日食泰國菜,今次轉一轉口味所以搵到紅雞冰廳試一試,內裡裝修同一般冰廳差唔多,而且菜單不多只有數款菜色比人客選擇可能貴精不貴多。香煎厚切招牌豬扒飯配日本溫暖蛋:個飯可配蒜蓉汁/黑椒汁/咖喱汁同豉油汁,今次我就選擇黑椒汁,厚厚既豬扒食落唔肥而且唔韌好有口感加上黑椒汁少少辣味非常好食,溫泉蛋在白飯上攪勻黎食既有蛋汁同蛋香也令白飯有味。經典傳統港式焗豬扒飯:新鮮蕃茄加上豬排冇得輸而且仲有蛋飯炒底在加上芝士去焗食落有鮮茄味又有溶溶地既芝士同炒底飯三種味一齊真係好好食。
