To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工突然之間想食泰國菜，坐屯馬線去九龍城買外賣返屋企，宋皇臺站出口行一分鐘，就見到小曼谷泰國美食站。每次去九龍地都一定係幫襯呢一間。小曼谷餐牌選擇非常多，就算外賣泰式濃湯花膠煲仔翅都無問題，餐廳包裝穩妥貼心，連芽菜紅醋都一一包好。煲仔翅材料豐富，大量魚翅花膠，味道一流好食。泰式炸蝦餅，外脆內軟，蝦肉彈牙結實，外賣返屋企用氣炸鍋加熱翻食一流。泰式海鮮炒米粉絕對是必點推介，帶子大蝦魷魚，份量十足，米粉炒得乾身香口。
