To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

煙燻甜椒香辣雜果仁醬$105平時通常剩係得鷹嘴豆泥點包食，呢度就會有多啲選擇。今次揀咗呢個味都幾少有，有煙燻嘅香味，果仁嘅口感，有少少辣，仲有有啲後勁添，點麵包食好好食~鐵板煎著名中東鹹芝士$95有淡香嘅芝士味，食落去有⼀絲絲嘅感覺，再點少少黑椒蕃茄香草醬，味道更加rich。食食吓都覺得幾飽肚，記得要留返個胃去食其他嘢。藏紅花虎蝦拌紅椒熏飯 $520哇呢個presentation 100分，用傳統嘅鐵鑄鍋嚟煮，份量都幾多，啱三四個人食。用藏紅花嚟調味嘅熏飯，粒粒飽滿又分明，重用咗唔少嘅車厘子同紅椒一齊炒，連埋面頭有大大隻嘅虎蝦一齊食，非常豐富。開心果碎雪糕都唔錯
