To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次想食泰國嘢都會去九龍城嘅小曼谷，貪佢嘢食質素有保證，而且價錢合理，所以去幾多次都覺得好正！鐵板豬頸肉通菜炒菜類有配鐵板豬頸肉嘅選擇，可以唔使淨係食菜咁單調，豬頸肉嘅份量都唔少，重點係炒菜好惹味！泰式酸辣鳳爪鳳爪酸酸辣辣，小食嚟講零舍開胃，而且唔明點解餐廳可以比嘅份量咁多，喺第二間泰國餐廳絕對遇唔到🤣豬肉碎生菜包生菜好新鮮，大概有六至八塊 ，豬肉份量超多，多到最後包唔晒仲有好多肉碎剩要就咁食，肉碎肥瘦均勻，好香香茅檸檬嘅調味。泰皇咖哩炒紐西蘭青口太黃咖喱係餐廳比較特別嘅一款咖喱，佢比平時嘅咖喱整得濃稠一啲，所以青口可以掛滿濃濃嘅咖喱醬汁，青口嘅份量都好多，食得好滿足。泰式蒜茸包既然嗌咗咁惹味嘅咖喱，咁梗係要用蒜蓉包沾滿咖喱醬汁一齊食啦，絕對係最佳嘅配搭！飲品方面，嗌咗椰青沙冰同椰青，兩款都好推介，係每次必叫既選擇！
