To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九成九去親九龍城都係食泰國菜, 今次就試something new, 試左間新既冰室,地方唔大, 我地2個人,一人叫左一個餐。先黎一個紅雞水晶海南雞飯餐, 雞又脆又滑, 個酸辣雞汁又野味另一個還叫左自家製雙層芝士漢堡牛肉飯配炸蝦, 個炸蝦炸得恰到好處,鬆脆可口。 而個漢堡上面個芝士香濃同個漢堡係絕配,加上個香爆黑椒汁, 成個飯生色不少。跟餐要左個紅豆冰, 紅豆起沙又林,加7蚊真係咩都抵呀另一杯餐飲叫左個熱奶茶, 香滑濃郁埋單百五蚊2個人, 價錢適中, 分量剛剛好,男人都夠飽嗰隻
