To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

#九龍城 除咗係食泰國菜勝地，最近留意到喺侯王道開咗間冰室 @red_chicken_hk，一於試下新口味！💚 紅雞水晶海南雞飯絕對係件件水晶嘅海南雞，除咗骨去得好清之外，雞件嘅肥瘦都好均勻，夠滑口而且好有油香。再配上三款醬汁（泰式醬、甜豉油、薑蓉），味道絕對比得上好多坊間海南雞專門店。而且例湯都好足料！💚 自家製雙層芝士漢堡牛肉飯配炸蝦漢堡牛肉唔單止超厚超juicy，雙層芝士仲好濃好香，配上啱啱即製嘅炸蝦，成個飯都好配合！而黑椒汁都好夠，啱晒送飯！💚 紅豆冰、凍奶茶紅豆冰好足料，超多紅豆👍🏻 另外既係幾欣賞佢嘅奶茶，茶底比較澀身同濃厚，唔錯！其實整體嚟講 #紅雞冰廳 定位更加似係cafe嘅感覺，雖然有冰室嘅裝潢，但係無論味道同擺盤都好講究，絕對唔係普通茶記扮冰室之流。－－－－－－－－－－－－📍紅雞冰廳九龍城侯王道2B號地鋪－－－－－－－－－－－－
