To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

龍年到喇🐉，我喺度祝各位身體健康💪，財源滾滾💲，萬事如意✅，食極唔肥🤤，龍馬精神😛！我希望龍年會勤力d同大家分享多d!年初二冇食中餐，同家人去咗九龍城食小曼谷🇹🇭，我相信大家唔會對呢間餐廳陌生。雖然九龍城有好多間泰國菜，小曼谷算幾有名氣，而且位置都多。年初二都坐無虛席！我好鍾意食泰皇咖哩軟殼蟹🦀，啖啖肉，唔洗處理蟹殼！配上香甜不辣嘅泰式咖喱，食極唔停！明爐魚🐟都係我必點菜式，今次就食烏頭。明爐魚最關鍵就係泰式香料，用豐富嘅泰式香料湯不斷滾咗條魚，香港到隔離枱都想叫一份。泰式拼盤就穩穩陣陣，冇特別驚喜。最後食返個🥭🥥芒果椰汁糯米飯先叫完滿，呢個糯米飯有驚喜，我真心推薦大家試！
