To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚心郁郁想食泰國菜，第一時間諗起九龍城小曼谷！食過好幾次質素都唔差，又多款式揀，一於就呢間！先嚟個豬肉碎生菜包，肉碎好香香茅味，包埋爽脆生菜食就啱哂！份量都幾多下，四個人食都夠分。再嚟泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉，味道酸酸甜甜，鮮蝦大大隻好彈牙🦐泰式炒雜菜質素正正常常，純粹食吓菜都OK嘅🤣明爐香檸汁蒸烏頭，條魚下面有個爐火keep住熱，熱辣辣食好鬼死正！烏頭都幾多肉冇乜骨，酸酸地好開胃😋小曼谷最近新出咗冬蔭海軍海鮮部隊鍋，四個人食叫咗大份試吓。配料都幾豐富，有魷魚、帶子、青口、雞蛋、蟹柳、肉碎等。冬陰功湯底加埋公仔麵呢個配搭都幾特別，整體嚟講都幾好食👍🏻
