To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

立志要食晒九龍城嘅泰國菜🐒🐒！✨泰式炸芝士蝦丸 $118好壯觀，係三粒巨型蝦餅，再釀入流心芝士餡料。咬落去依然係彈牙口感，芝士味冇想像中咁突出，但仍然係一份好食嘅蝦餅！✨蝦膏豬肉碎炒飯 $98有少少似糯米飯，米飯好上色，粒粒分明，帶有少少臘腸香氣，蝦膏味十足。✨冬蔭雞湯 $128 😍推薦！好少何見到冬蔭公配雞🤣 但配料唔重要，湯底先係靈魂。要求BB辣，真係有比到BB辣我，酸辣比例恰如其分，香料味十足，係好啱我口味嘅冬蔭功湯🥰 而且份量都唔少~✨泰式千層糕 $58一上枱已經聞到椰汁香氣，一層層，軟糯口感，如果係熱食嘅話就更好了～份量十足非常飽肚！
