九龍城最多係咩?泰國菜館、甜品店?其實選擇又點止咁少?啱啱同大班朋友試過呢間「雷公子海鮮串燒大排檔」,發覺水準唔錯,下次黎九龍城可以多個中菜選擇。 一坐低,侍應先送上每人一碗湯,呢晚係霸王花煲瘦肉,估唔到咁鮮甜清潤,我呢期熱氣,飲呢個最好! 跟住其實我想講下佢D碗!叫左支啤酒,餐廳竟然俾左兩隻碗我地,仲要寫住「戰鬥碗」、「勝」,好豪氣!咁我地一於飲「勝」啦! 海鹽手插蝦 ($198)一打開錫紙,香噴噴既避風塘香味即刻搶住出閘。蝦好新鮮,蝦頭有膏,蝦身鮮甜,而且避風塘料好香口惹味,呢個係我既必食推介! 漢王蒙古重慶烤魚 ($298)好辣,而且係愈食愈辣!我食唔到好多,但D朋友就食得津津有味,後來仲加入左紅薯粉打邊爐!魚肉好滑,骨唔多,確係幾好味既。 冰鎮古惑鮮魷 ($108)點古惑?鮮魷已經灼熟,然後放響冰塊上面冰鎮,食起上黎相當爽口,餐廳仲配埋日式芥辣豉油,所以感覺就好似食緊刺身咁,老闆今次真係古惑啦! 古法客家碌鴨 (半隻,$138)呢個調味帶甜,聽大廚講,原來係加入左羅漢果,唔單止特別,而且仲同鴨肉好夾!鴨肉入味,一齊煮既蓮藕亦非常甜美爽口,不得了! 小尖笋農家小炒肉 ($

跟住係兩個辛辣菜式,小炒肉肥瘦適中,炒得惹味;肥腸炒得乾身,由肥腸變成瘦腸,兩款都最啱送酒。

乳豬皮香脆,乳豬肉上層稍為乾身,食既時候記得點大廚秘製既「蒙古烤汁」,好香薄荷葉味,帶有淡淡甜味,中和番豬手既鹹,唔錯。

上湯豆苗 ($128)

食左咁多肉,都要食番碟菜,而家豆苗當造,食得正係時候,新鮮嫰綠,蒜子亦帶有天然鮮甜,唔駛一陣間,已經俾大家清左碟!
