To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近放假去九龍城食Lunch除咗泰國菜出名之外，仲有一間重慶烤魚都好多人推介🐟今日特登試吓～店舖裝修古色古香，帶有四川重慶風格午市有烤魚二人餐🐟 $278都幾抵食半條烤魚勁厚肉，上面佈滿香蔥，魚肉嫩滑啖啖肉一上枱就聞到撲鼻而來嘅香味配料有豆卜，另自選牛丸一份配菜都吸晒湯汁嘅香味，好好味～套餐附送前菜 海蜇皮蛋海蜇爽口彈牙 加麻油好開胃～☺️呢度出名仲有魚湯米線魚湯真材實料🐟冇味精口感濃厚，魚味新鮮濃郁，唔會有腥味叫咗鮮豬膶魚湯泡飯加肉碎珍珠米吸收晒魚湯精華，啖啖都係魚湯同肉碎 好入味👍🏻另外試咗幾串重慶燒烤串燒有雞軟骨串、豬頸肉串、羊肉、牛肉、貢丸串、墨魚串撒上孜然粉🤤特別惹味！
