Restaurant: Hidden和洋食屋
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Hidden 和洋食屋係一間置身係九龍灣工業大廈嘅樓上cafe，環境闊落之餘而且提供好多款board game 比客人選擇，都幾啱同朋友一齊上黎又食又玩架~🤩佢地嘅菜式都偏日式，我地就揀咗✅A4黑毛和牛壽喜燒~ A4黑毛和牛有啲瘦但都幾嫩腍~ 而壽喜燒入面有好多唔同材料，例如︰豆腐、蟹肉棒、冬菇同菜等等~ 旁邊仲有生雞蛋同調味料，配搭埋一齊食就更美味~😜✅炭烤原條鰻魚蛋包飯嘅鰻魚係原條放係蛋包飯上面，睇落好吸引~ 鰻魚冇骨嘅，而且味道好香濃，配配埋蛋包飯一齊食，味道唔錯~ 略嫌蛋包飯嘅飯味道唔夠，如果撈飯嘅醬汁濃少少就更好啦~ 😇

✅炭烤原條鰻魚蛋包飯嘅鰻魚係原條放係蛋包飯上面，睇落好吸引~ 鰻魚冇骨嘅，而且味道好香濃，配配埋蛋包飯一齊食，味道唔錯~ 略嫌蛋包飯嘅飯味道唔夠，如果撈飯嘅醬汁濃少少就更好啦~ 😇
