To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時係九龍灣返工，間唔中都會去和洋食堂食飯，原來lunch time 係一間普通既日本菜餐廳，夜晚會變做一間有得玩又有得食既cafe,除左一般board game 之外，仲有飛標、街機，而且仲有live band, 好岩放左工之後黎依度輕鬆下！壽喜燒鍋套餐 A4黑毛和牛壽喜燒 $148和牛雪花紋理清晰，口感嫩滑，壽喜燒湯底香甜濃郁，配埋蟹柳、冬菇、金菇、芋絲、蘿蔔、娃娃菜、豆腐等配料，吸收晒湯底既味道，好正！吉列魷魚圈 $38 (跟餐追加小食）即叫即炸，上枱時仲係熱辣辣，魷魚圈外脆不油膩，口感軟嫩，雖然係加購，但份量一啲都唔少，抵食！牛油帆立貝蟹子茶漬飯 $118之前食過三文魚茶漬飯覺得幾好食，晚餐仲有帆立貝揀，一於試下！首先將茶加入飯入面再撈均，味道清甜帶有鰹魚湯味，加左蟹子同飯素，增加口感。帆立貝好大粒，肉質厚實鮮味！
